This seems to have the intended results and have had good results ie my tummy is pleased taking these and seems to help my tummy digest easily and good results. I have also bought separately the prebiotic included in this formulation and take them as desired. Inulin. I bought another probiotic brand to try, but had to stop it early because of unexpected effects (or side effects). But this probiotic by Incite, I am pleased to use it. I reckon if you have good gut bacteria, there would not be space for bad gut bacteria, nor virus to grow. Also the intestinal wall/lungs, ought to have healthy mucosia/healthy gut bacteria, which prevents bad bugs, viruses to enter. If you easily catch a flu, or a chill, or such like, then bad bugs are getting in via the lungs/gut. Hence, impriving your gut health/lung health, ought to be prioritised. Have also tried colostrum for the same consideration.

I have IBS and I saw results immediately! I take 2 at night and I've found that I'm more refreshed in the morning and find it easier to get up, I don't have energy crashes in the day any more. Feel less lethargic and tired during the day. My mood has also been so much better and I just feel so much more energised! I've noticed less digestive issues because I suffer from a lot of bloating and gas after food! I cant recommend these enough! first off the price of these tablets, a full tub is just under a tenner but contains 60 capsules of which you are meant to take two a day so one tub is a months supply so it works out to 33p a day, the capsules themselves are easy to take and are about the same size as an average paracetamol capsule and have no taste or smell and are easily washed down with a drink ive been taking them for a couple of weeks now and i do seem to have a bit more energy but that might just be my imagination but i am finding i just feel a bit healthier overall, maybe they are compensating for my gut having to cope with a very high protein diet. overall i am quite happy with these and feel they are doing some good so i have added them to my daily supplement routine and plan to keep taking them. i would recommend these to anyone who is thinking of trying a product like this

I have scalp psoriasis and my scalp can get really really itchy sometimes, it’s horrible 😖 ...not to mention the bl**dy flakes...(work related stress triggered it a few years ago) Decided to try this supplement and although it hasn’t really stopped the flakiness I think it stopped the itching and within only 2 weeks! Well packaged and easy to swallow probiotic capsules. Since I have settled on this brand of probiotics I can’t remember having any digestive issues or indigestion. I do also take a tiny peppermint capsule because I take turmeric with black pepper for my joint pains so that might also help keep my tum happy.
