Mild tasty flavor
Love it is organic and has a great mild flavor. I usually can fill my cup up twice with one tea bag and it is strong enough. I also like no string is attached so I can keep the bag in the cup without the string getting in the way. With a little honey or plain

The decaf green tea is so potent so beware
I have very much trust this brand and I have gotten extremely good quality products and that is the only reason I’m giving five stars however I’m not sure if it is completely caffeine free after doing research I think even decaf has a little caffeine. I know that this brand is very potent. The taste so strong in the aroma was definitely there, but it affected my body very quickly within 3 to 5 days. I was drinking at least 3 to 4 cups daily and Things took a turn for the worst unfortunately for me. I do not drink caffeine at all, but in addition to that I didn’t realize I had a hormone imbalance and the green tea made it 10 times worse, and I began to bleed irregularly while taking this. Do not drink green tea, whether caffeinated or decaf at all if you have a hormone imbalance or suspect that something is off with your body as a woman at any point in time. I have since healed in rebalanced my hormones using chastity tree herb, but it took a few months to get here. I will not drink heavy green tea again due to this factor.

Relaxing and smooth earthy tea
Just ordered myself another bag because they lasted forever, but the last few that are in the bag probably are a little less powerful as the ones that were in the bag when I first bought it after a while T does lose its strength so can’t wait for the next bag what I’ve noticed is I’ve increased my use of this tea because of perimenopause and I have been having a cup of tea every night before bed. I have been doing Sleepytime tea extra one teabag of that plus one teabag of this ashwaganda and I brew them together for a powerful night cap. Not only has my sleep improved, but my blood pressure has improved. My level of stress has improved and I’m telling you, I swear by this tea for women not everything works for everyone, but it certainly has worked for me.
