Why is there a cancer warning on these saddlebags

in California they have to put that on everything.. do you drink Starbucks?? next time you are at Starbucks look for the sign that says "warning this product contains chemicals know to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects" talking about the coffee makers but prop 65 warnings

Approx 8.5 x 5.5 x 8.5. I can put one six pack of longnecks in each bag.

Says hardware is of quality. Are the latch d-rings plastic or metal?

I really don't know, I modified them and use vercro for the latch. It looks like black metal, but they could be hard plastic.. I am very happy with the bags, they are high quality, and I would recommend them.. The only thing I didn't like was that they were very "floppy", so I cut some cardboard and used them as inserts to shape the bag.
