Excellent and gentle on the stomach. It does take a couple of days but the results are much better than stronger Laxatives. I just wish I could get them in the UK.

I find that this product works for stubborn tums! The handy size and caplets make it much easier to transport than the Milk of Magnesia liquid I bought before.

In my opinion, Phillips caplets are the best Pill for constipation on the market. They are not small but are pretty easily swallowed. What makes these pills the best are two important reasons. The first reason is they work well and you can adjust the dose to suit yourself. You can also combine Phillips and Miralax and take them at the same time. And best of all... NO CRAMPS! Take them alone or with Miralax and feel good. But if you do combine them or anything else with a senna product you can expect to have discomfort from mild to severe. Of course, always talk to your doctor about the amount you should take.
