I usually drink 3/4 gallons of water a day and I've been taking one of these water pills 3 times a day. I don't feel the need to go pee more often than before, so it's hard to tell. Update: I decided to reduce my water intake to 2 liters a day, and I started taking only one water pill a day, and guess what? They work better this way. I absolutely love this product and changed my review to 5 stars.
