Seems to be the same as the Honda filter but for way less money.
I bought it for my 13 hp Honda engine on my pressure washer. I have not installed it yet but I did check it against the original and it is identical. Even the internal structure is the same and that’s what I wanted. For some reason I did not have the foam pre-filter on my Honda engine, so this will solve that problem and it was very reasonably priced.

A good product
It's an air filter, all that I ask of it is that it does a good job filtering the air on my power washer so that the engine doesn't go Belly-up. The external foam on this filter seems to be a higher quality than the OEM Honda's, as to the internal paper accordion, it looks like there are approximately as many folds as the OEM, but I have no way to measure the density of the paper so, I'll say that if the outside is better than OEM, my guess is that they didn't skimp on the inside either!
