The replacement was more generous than a simple replacement of the single defective piece and there were no hoops to jump through. The experience was easy-peasy and painless. My first order arrived quickly and was well packaged. I was surprised to find a spare lid included and originally thought it may have been in error. (It wasn't.) I loved these so much that I ordered a second set. It also arrived with a spare lid - nice bonus. However, this time, one of the containers was defective. Unfortunately, the defect is at the top of the container making it impossible to secure the lid. (It has a couple of places where it appears melted.) I have reached out to the company to request a replacement of the one defective container, but have not received a reply. I don't want to return the set because the rest of it is in use. Overall, I recommend the product and would probably purchase it a third time. I'm hopeful that the company will make the second order right. The lids fit very well. The containers aren't glass-clear, but contents are plainly visible. The size works well for some of my more obscure baking ingredients, keeping them fresh and making it easy to see what needs to be restocked. I have only hand-washed/rinsed, but i'm sure these would do fine in a top-rack of your dishwasher for plastics. Also, these don't feel brittle. I think they'll have a descent lifespan.

PROS: I absolutely love how organized and neat everything is! The chalk sticker and pen are a bonus. Received compliments on how tighty it looks. CONS: Much smaller than I expected but after putting everything away it all fit perfect. Had to buy large ones for flour, rice, beans and pancake mix. Overall I would buy them again! Love having everything in its place. It keeps the food fresh and not stale.

These have become my favorite air-tight containers for pantry organization! They’re also perfect when traveling. I hate having a bunch of garbage in the car or trying to pack and organize multiple bags of snacks for the kids. Also, very easy for the kids to open and close by themselves, unlike other food containers. For size reference...These fit a whole box of crackers like Cheez-it’s, bag of chips or pretzels, small bag of sugar or flour, or container of cookies. They clean up easy and are very durable. My kids drop things... a lot. None have broken or become damaged. I will be buying an additional set for our pantry!

I really like these containers. They are nice looking and seem to be very sturdy. I was looking for containers that would fit entire boxes of pasta so I wouldn't have to store them in the original boxes and they would look nice in the pantry, and I was not disappointed. Of course, what fits into one container largely depends on the type of pasta. Here's what I found out when I went to fill them. Entire normal size boxes of Ziti, Penne, Rotelle, Shells (Great Value brand which does not specify a size but they look to be about medium), and GV bowties all fit into one container nicely. Also, I fit a 13 oz. box of potato flakes into one container. Depending on the shape of the pasta, some have a little bit of head space while others fill them completely. I was able to fit almost an entire 2 pound box of macaroni into one container. On the other hand, I could only get about half a pound bag or so of wide egg noodles into one container. I will probably look for something larger for those kinds of things or maybe just use two containers. I hope that helps anyone who wants to store things like that. I hadn't seen anything like that in the reviews I read so I had to just guess at the size based on a container I had at home that was approximately the same size. Bottom line, it depends on what you want to store in them and what your expectations are. They are pretty much the perfect size for my needs. I only gave four stars because I haven't had them long enough to really know how they will hold up but they seem very sturdy. I like the fact that they are sheer enough to see what you have in them even without the labels. The labels are really cute and an added bonus. I do agree with others that the blue ink doesn't show up. It's really too bad because the pen has a nice point on it which makes it very easy to write on smaller labels. I've been wanting a chalk marker with that fine a point but haven't ever been able to find one. I hope the lids will hold up to fairly frequent opening and closing because these are for a working pantry so they will get used pretty often. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate to order these again.

I’ve only filled 8 so far. My search was initially for glass, and I liked the overnite stackable oatmeal glass jars with lids. But reviews were cracked glass, hard to remove lids, and only 16 oz. I have a hard time removing lids already. So I searched for snap lids. These are a little over 3 cups, stackable, see thru, and the perfect shape. As long as the plastic holds up these are great. As far as labels I may change these up later.

I LOVE these containers!! I completely reorganized my pantry and find it so much easier to find everything. My kids were also surprised at some of the things that we had - they had gotten lost in the pantry. I bought 2 sets of these, and they fit 2 deep on my shelves that are 11.5” deep. The labels are very nice and easy to place and move/adjust. The markers are a bit “thick” - not great for precision writing, but they do the job and looks nice. I have brown sugar in one of the containers and it has not dried out, demonstrating how airtight these are. I also have one in my fridge for hemp hearts, and may use more as I think about how I want to organize my fridge. I highly recommend these!

Well fitting lids, easy to apply labels which can also be wiped clean with a damp cloth and rewritten. Perfect size for many things, no more messy cupboards and I can see at a glance what is where! Very good value indeed compared to many other types of similar food storage containers.
