I’ve bought 2 of those over the last 12 months. The first one lasted about 4 months then tripped the whole property’s electric and turned off. I replaced the fuse and it continued to do the same. I complained to Amazon and got a replacement. The second has lasted 2 months and now heats up, starts to steam, then all lights flash and it switches off. Don’t waste your money, they are poorly made and will die on you shortly after purchasing. The manufacturer only offers a 30 days return policy, after that you’re left with a machine that doesn’t work and £70 out of pocket

Really easy to use, great value for money , easy to assemble. The wire is a little short. Heats up very quickly and creates lots of steam.

I’ve had my one since January this year and used it three times on myself and it now stop working? I’ve changed the fuse so it’s not that? Any suggestions please

I need help what am I doing wrong I filled the tank up with water and I'm pressing on button and its just flashing with the beep sound. Can anyone please help me.

Perfectly working at the moment just the hole for the steam a bit smaller so it may not reach all part of the face but is not a really problem as you can move it and if you fill the water at max level and you set 20 min timer water won’t be enough 15 min max and then you have to refill for the rest it’s all good specially ozone !!
