Great kit but care needed
Like all the kits from Rokr this is a kit well worth the fun of building. The pieces part from the panels with ease and the parts are very accurate but there are some spares to cover the odd breakage. This is not a build for the beginner and some parts need some force particularly the shaft sleeves the hold the shafts for the globes. It is the first kit I have seen that shows the use of a hammer in the construction for instance. The parts include a novel tool to ensure the accurate placing of gears and other parts on the shafts which is a great help. The music box movement is of good quality and the music easily identifiable, not always the case. All in all a good build that deserves not to be rushed in order finish up with the delightful unit shown in the promos.

Worth the money
Brought as gift, they loved it, such a lovely item.

Good idea, cheaply made.
This was a beautiful music box. Which was a pleasure to make. It was not too difficult to build and overall a pleasant outcome, which I could then give to my wife as a gift. She loves music boxes. However, on the downside, many of the pieces delaminated when removed from the plywood sheet, indeed many of the plywood sheets almost delaminated when removed from the plastic wrap. Overall good idea, cheaply made.

Great gift for a friend
Bought as a gift for a friend, he's done several of these types of models and said he loved putting it together. Looked really nice assembled and the music box is nice and clear.

Excellent model, provided hours of concentration during construction. Straight forward but with enough difficulty to keep a teenager engaged.

Ho...yes and my son loves these sort of puzzles that you nead to do your self...we are all into univers and planets...this is very therapeutic that can help with stresses levels across the bord...now we are at a challenge with space shuttle...let's see how long before we have lift off?

Take your time to build
It has some appealing features, there were a few drawbacks. The model is beautifully designed, with intricate details and a mesmerizing starry night theme. The mechanical music box adds a charming touch, playing a delightful tune when wound up. However, the assembly process was more challenging than expected. The instructions were not as clear as I would have liked, and some pieces required a lot of effort to fit together properly. Additionally, the quality of the wood used for some components felt a bit inconsistent, with a few pieces being slightly weak. Despite these issues, the finished model is visually stunning and serves as a unique decorative piece. It's a great project for those who enjoy hands-on activities and have some patience for intricate assembly.

Belle boîte à musique (Memory de Barbara Streisand). Le montage est complexe (surtout la fin) et requiert la supervision et l'aide d'un adulte. Il faut compter 3h environ. Ma fille de 8 ans a adoré et est ravie du résultat.

Veramente bello e di grande effetto! Ben fatto nel suo complesso, istruzioni chiari, pezzi ben definiti. La persona a cui lo ho regalato l’ha apprezzato tantissimo! Facile da montare ( per esperti circa 3 ore) fa una bella figura ed è proprio bello!
