Incorrect items received

They cannot get shipment right
I still haven't tried the product. They can't get the order shipment right. Only received the toss machine. I called in to let them know they had a problem based on my experience as well as the previous customer review. They sent a 2nd package the next week. Same problem. Now I have two Toss machines and still NO batting net. We'll attempt a third time.I'm assuming the produt should work well once received. So this review is only on the ordering process.

Jugs Soft Toss
I LOVE this product! I got it for my seven year old who moved to coach pitch from t-ball this spring. We had great success with this machine! He is better able to time his swings, and getting more batting practice in which is always good! I love the fact that it has a rechargeable battery when we are at the field I can break it out and not have to worry about an electrical outlet. I would probably buy the one with the remote control next time but this one works great!

Problems Getting this Package
The 1-star rating is for Amazon shipping and not the products. As another reviewer noted, Amazon is having problems shipping this combination ("bundle") package. I received the screen, but not the toss machine or 2-dozen sting-free balls. And, it is taking me quite a while to get this straightened out with Amazon. This is frustrating because you can purchase these items separately on Amazon via Prime. It's the bundle of these separate items that they seem to having problems with periodically.

Amazing Amazon!
I bought this package through Amazon Warehouse deals at a bargain! The product was labeled used like new, however it was just an open package. Everything arrived in 2 days and immediately I cautiously opened the package anxious that this deal was too good to be true. It was everything that I hoped for and more! As a little league coach this is a must have. You can focus on the swing while the toss machine does the work.
