Clean water for the cat!
These little filters are wonderful. They fit the swan water fountain perfectly and are easy to replace. They are good for up to 2 months depending on how much your cat or other pets play with the fountain for things other than a drink of water. I am set for the next 6 months to a year. The cat likes the water. The cat likes the fountain. I think it's pretty, too. And ... it is noise free!!!

Great Filters for Our Fountain
I reorder time after time. Our cat loves the fountain and won't drink unless he has one. These filters keep the was clean and clear

Keeps my cat fountain water clean
I have 3 cats and hair gets in the water. So their water fountain starts to get really loud because the hair is stuck on top of the filter and reduces the water flow. This filter comes with the fountain, so I bought a pack of refills. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to do this but rather than throwing one away every two weeks, I pull it out, rinse the hair on the surface of the filter and run it under water for another 10 to 15 seconds and put it back in. Then it works just like before. My plan is to replace it every two months and a pack will last 6 months which is very affordable. And cleaning it seems to be super easy. I'd recommend this filter for doing its job, easy to clean, and good value.

I love the fountain and therefore will suffer through the cleaning. These filters are great to use but the cleanup is just gross and they don’t last long. It says every 2-3 weeks but I’m barely getting 2 weeks with a cleaning or two in between.

Good product
Worth buying the Pioneer brand, especially if they are on sale. I clean them a few times and then replace. The Pioneer Pet water fountain they go with is the best one I've tried. if you actually clean the pump(it OPENS) and follow the cleaning instructions they will last longer. There's a YouTube. It's not obvious. At first I didn't understand. Cats deserve fresh water and you don't want mold or mildew living in there.
