After unknowingly dealing with Golfers elbow for months I go to urgent care because I couldn’t no longer deal with the pain I was feeling I go in and tell the doctor what’s going on she grabs my elbow and presses hard in the inner bone and I hollered in pain, she says tendinitis or commonly known as either tennis or golfers elbow. She tells me to get this brace off of Amazon so I give it a go because the other option was a shot and I’m not big on needles! So I see this and I’m like there’s no way this is going to do anything. But let me tell you if you suffering from tendinitis in your elbow GET THIS! It works you place it with the pad on your area of pain then secure and pain be gone! Being it’s my left elbow and being left handed I didn’t think I was going to make it and was going to have to get that shot! This is a lifesaver and a good value! It comes with 2 braces and a reusable hot/cold pack thats made for your elbow with elastic straps to keep it in place, it’s a heck of a value.

This helped me during my workout sessions when my elbow was killing me with pain.

I put the elbow brace on immediately after receiving it. About 10 minutes later I noticed that my pain had subsided by 80-90%. By the second day wearing it most of the time taking 2-3 breaks throughout the day for a few hours at a time. I noticed that after the first 2 days my pain had virtually subsided. A couple of times while taking breaks from wearing the brace, I utilized the Hot/cold pack and used it frozen to ice the area. The hot/cold therapy pack with the provided straps is very convenient and easy to use. The only negative point is that the strap for the brace needs to be longer as I was just able to get it on with no room to loosen it if I wanted to, it also kind of made it a little difficult to put it on with the Velcro strap being too short. All in all, I had a positive experience and plan on using it regularly. Yes, I recommend this product.

The straps were great and helped provide pain relief for both golfer's elbow and tennis elbow. However, the ice pack busted open the first day I used it spilling those blue beads everywhere. The seam came apart and the orange flocking tore. They need to rethink the design or the materials. I found the ice tie that is sold to put around your neck on the hot day works. You need to make it out of a stretchy nylon like that and have the packs you insert after frozen.

Purchased for tennis elbow pain. This brace is so comfortable most of the time I forget I have it on! I do like the adjustment and it holds well. The only con would be that I cinch it so tight that the strap overlaps. That being said, lots of room for someone with a larger forearm.

So much better than the ones you buy at your local pharmacy. THE ICE PACK!!! Fits on your arm well and does what it is suppose to do. Could have a little more velcro on the ice pack it self but still works great. Suggestion, put the ice pack aginst your arm, hold your arm against a wall, pressing your arm against the ice pack and against the wall, then attach the straps. Just wish they sold the ice pack by itself, would be great to have two as it does take a while for them to freeze up after use. Nothing wrong with the pack, just takes time to refreeze.

The Price point is amazing. The actual product seems durable so far. I would like to see the center point of the brace to be a little more robust so that one could apply extra pressure if wanted. I have not used the heat/ice pack as of yet. I like the double velcro option from both ends of the brace. If it wasn't made in China I would have given it 5 stars.

I guess I have tennis elbow. It’s the pain right below my elbow in my forearm. I’ve never told my friend to tell me what it is because he is an ER doctor. But I did get this and it works great. I haven’t tried the heat pack though. I recommend anybody who has muscle pain right below the elbow to try this out.

It is a bit tricky to get the gel pack to stand in place when using the brace; otherwise it is a great product and does help in minimizing the stress on the arm tendon.

I can wear these for a few hours before they start to feel uncomfortable and I have to take them off for a while. Helpful when I am using my arms a lot around the house, seems to help with the discomfort of tennis elbow. They are well made and seem good quality, stitching etc is nice. Sometimes it's hard to get a firm enough pressure without the bands digging in, but I think that's more about how they are positioned. Overall I'm happy with them.
