this made wiring my ditch lights super easy

I used the Nilight DT Connector Wire Kit to wire up the fog lights on my Ford Raptor, and it worked perfectly. The connectors are well-made and weatherproof, giving me peace of mind that they’ll hold up against moisture and dirt. The wiring kit made installation much easier and cleaner compared to splicing wires, and the plugs fit securely with no loose connections. Everything looks professional and functions flawlessly. Used to wire a couple of flood lights on my cargo trailer. Very easy to install and the connections are solid. I run the lights off of a 12v battery, so I like this system as there is a connection only a yard from the switch. I installed the switch beside the LED light switch and it allows the connection to be a foot from the roof and allows me to disconnect from the battery easily when not in use. Thereby, removing any chance of slow draining the battery.

5 Stars – Works Perfect on My 2025 Colorado Trail Boss (Wiring Harness Only – Here’s the Fix) I installed the Nilight wiring harness on my 2025 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss. The harness is good quality, but the instructions don’t explain how to wire it so the switch only works when the truck is on. Here’s what I did: • Used a Micro2 fuse tap on Fuse F31 (Powertrain IGN 1) in the under-hood fuse box — this fuse is ignition-switched on my Trail Boss. • Ran that ignition power wire to the yellow wire on the switch. • Cut the yellow wire going to the relay and left the relay side disconnected. • Left the red and black wires connected as they came from the harness. Now the switch only works with the ignition on, and the fog lights can’t accidentally be left on. Clean, simple setup once you know what to do. This worked perfectly on my 2025 Trail Boss, but fuse positions may vary by trim — double-check your layout. Posting this to save someone else the hassle.
