Useful container that has many uses
I bought this to use for cleaning items produced on my SLA 3D Printer. It fully seals with the lid on so liquid can be kept in it all the time. The removable basket makes it easy to put bits in wash them around and remove them. So this is a good container which doesn't just have to be used for pickling.

Great for draining pickled vegetables.
Containers arrived quickly. The lid clips are great, nice and thick, great for using when my hands are sticky. The draining basket is great for beetroot, pickles, etc.

Great for resin washing too!
Using my to hold alcohol. Works amazing so it would definitely work for pickles. Not sure how long the tabs will last but it's a cheap way to store stuff in a sealed container. Would definitely keep food fresh and I have no fumes.

Perfect for washing 3D redin prints in IPA
Perfect size to use an IPA pre-wash process. Basket holds the objects above the collected gunk in the bottom and when used in model your cleaning routine, it will extend the life of the IPA in your wash station. In order to refresh your IPA, periodically, place it in your UV curing station and run an exposure for about 5 minutes. Be sure to remove the basket before doing this. The exposure will solidify the resin and turn the IPA milky. After a hour or so, the resin particulate will settle out to the bottom and you can separate it using a filter and then reuse your IPA.
