This Gorilla DJ LP Vinyl Record Storage Box Case Ho is a solid bit of kit for anyone serious about keeping their vinyl collection organised and protected. First impressions are good — the build feels robust and well-made. It’s not flimsy cardboard that will fall apart after a few uses. The case handles the weight of records easily, which is important when you’re talking about LPs that can be surprisingly heavy once you’ve got a decent stack. One thing I really like is the way it keeps the records upright and secure. There’s nothing worse than a case that lets them slouch or press against each other — this one holds them firmly so you don’t get edge wear on your albums. The handles are comfortable and strong enough to carry even a full load without worrying about it breaking on you. It’s also easy to stack or slide under a bed/shelf, which makes it versatile for storage if you’re short on space. Fits standard LPs perfectly — mine just slide in without force or bending. There’s nothing overly complicated about it — it does exactly what it says on the tin. No fancy extras, but that’s fine when the basics are done well. Very sturdy, the locking mechanism feels solid and the lid can be removed. Not sure how many records it’s holding but I managed to fit all the records for storage. The only issue is I’m used to the older slim versions and didn’t realise how heavy these box’s would be once full.

Ordered as wanted a sturdy case husbands records collections for purchased two cases one for LPs and one for singles heavy and sturdy only disappointment is the handles are plastic so don't know how long will last.

Well built looks very retro

Bought 2 Gorilla vinyl storage cases as my old plastic'ish ones had run course..many years old & 3 or 4 house moves. When I received them, they were well packaged. Upon opening this, I checked the cases over - there's a choice of finishes & they looked great. They seem well made & finished - I didn't find anything wrong. I unclipped the lid, you can hinge it back or remove it & found a new vinyl cleaning cloth in the case. I started to transfer my records over - taking a moment now & again to remember the times when I'd bought them. Found some I hadn't played in ages so they'll be coming back out soon. Found the boxes hold loads of records securely with a little wiggle room left so your not fighting to get them in or out. The lid was easily put back in place & secured. I lifted the box up by the fold flatish handle & there were no dramas. Solid & secure. When you stack them, the handle lays over & the feet of the box ontop fits nicely over the top of it with nothing hitting & getting in the way. I bought 2 just incase ( no pun ) I wasn't happy totally with them, but I am & have since ordered afew more. I would recommend these well designed, well made cases..some of my early vinyl cost less than £3 ( yep, still have price stickers on them ) but would cost £30 + to replace them - if they were available. These cases should protect my records very well.

Looks great and very strong case. All the LPs are now secure from being damaged. Would be good if the feet were interchangeable with wheels but Highly recommend!!

Got a box for each genre of partners collection so lost/didn't count how many fitted each box. Whole sleeves intact so ideal for archive/storage let alone two house moves. .brilliant seemingly indestructible Suitably heavy to be that durable and worth every penny for safe transit of beloved vinyl.
