Great product and outstanding customer support
Great product, and even better customer support. Highly recommend! The product works as intended, and does a good job of keeping bugs out. It also has shown to be well designed and manufactured. I ran into one issue with the mesh netting getting a slight tear (no fault of the product) and when I reached out to order new parts, I was very impressed with the customer support - Willow, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure my replacement panels were ordered and delivered. Will order from this company again.

Recommend product and seller
Update, took the tent down after being up all summer, some discoloration but otherwise it weathered very well. It was super easy to disassemble and even fit easily back in the storage bag it came with. I purchased the smaller 6x6 tent to use on my narrow deck. As noted in other reviews, you need 2 people to set it up, but set up is easy. It's semi-permanent for me so I cannot speak to how easy it is to take down. A nice storage bag is provided. Decent quality, not waterproof for heavy rain but fine for a light rain. There was an imperfection and I worked with the seller for a replacement part. I recommend the product as well as the seller.

Great customer service and nice product
I purchased the canopy for family summer camping and for my kids softball tournament. The attached netting is extremely useful and that's one of the reasons why we purchased this product. It made a huge difference in the summer night to keep bugs away. It worked so well that people from the nearby campsite asked us where we bought the canopy. It also held up well in rainy days. Set up is pretty easy, too. We did have issue with the frame broken when we tried to close it but it's probably due to the human error as we were hurry to leave. Martina from the customer service is super useful and answer our request super fast. She followed up on the process of sending out the replacement parts and make sure we were satisfied with the product. There are many similar canopy sellers out there but I can say Quictent's customer service is unbeatable. Will definitely recommend their products to our friends.

Poorly Made for any bad weather
UPDATE: the seller provided me a full refund. It took a bit to get there but they did do it. They also did not require me to pack up all the broken pieces and send back. I just disposed of it in my trash. They were good to work with. I wouldnโt buy this tent/gazebo as itโs flimsy and not well made. But thatโs not the sellers fault. It was several emails and past the return date before they finally gave me my money back but I was persistent. They didnโt respond in time for me to ever take this back to UPS and once it completely broke there was no way to pack it and they finally saw that (I had to send picture proof). All in all seller did the right thing after a month and a half. We received it broken. One leg wouldnโt snap in as we raised it. I reached out to manufac. and after a few weeks they sent a replacement. But I was in a different color. Itโs too big to return and Iโm just about past the return date. The full leg lart they sent isnโt even right or I would use it. The emails I get sound like someone translating a diff language to English. They are weird. And I asked for a discount since it was broken and they said after I try the part they could give $20. I havenโt reached back out. Iโm just going to throw it away and get a better quality. It is up right now but it takes on rain water and the very flimsy poles on the roof cave in and we get a river of water. Not just some but enough to fill a barrel and water plants. This is not a great tent for everyday use. Take it up and down it might be better. But if you are in it when it rains you will need to constantly empty the pooled water. I dislike my choice. Wouldnโt buy again

As a short old lady, I put it up myself!
It is heavy for a 5'3 --70 year old woman! But that's why it's well made and strong. I put it up in my backyard, as I am doing with my new stuff, incase there are any issues and so I know better how to set things up. It was a learning experience.. I learned that you need to sprawl out the legs as much as possible before putting on the top. I learned that it takes some muscle to get the peg into the holder on the center and to do that before putting the legs up or I am way too short! Even with a single step stool. I learned that trying to put the walls up or to take them down and pack away is not easy if the wind is blowing strong. As per any product like this getting it back into the bag and the zipper up took some doing.. but I have a better idea for next time. some stuff needs to go into the center of the base. I like the straps that are on the bag so that the zipper doesn't take all the work holding it together. It wasn't easy for ME to set up but I'm sure it will get easier as I learn little tricks. Overall.. very good product. ****Later add on... I found a better way to set up solo... I attach the frame on 2 sides to my van wheels with long bungie cords...then pull out the other 2 sides. Put pool noodles down the poles that could rub up against the van. I put the canopy over the back end of my van BEFORE you raise the tailgate. It covers my camp kitchen and allows the back door to open or close freely. Anyway.. there are tricks to doing this solo or if u r short or a senior that wasn't shown on U-tube or ads for this. My main struggle was having it spread out enough to join the push up system together in the middle. Bungie cords are the answer! Work smarter, not harder!

Sturdy, durable, great customer service
I purchased this canopy 2 years ago as a hot tub shelter. Living in the country with lots of bugs, this screened canopy helps make being outside much more enjoyable! I actually left it up all summer long over both summers I had it, and properly anchored it weathered all storms. Unfortunately, that is excessive UV exposure for the fabric! It was a bit fragile after the first summer and after the second, the fabric altogether crumbled. So for occasional use I imagine this unit would likely last many years. Since I had been satisfied with its performance, I bought a second canopy this spring since I could not find a way to just replace the worn out fabric. I had an issue with the new one and customer service was responsive and helpful. Iโd definitely recommend, and will check this maker first for future pop up needs!

Space-saving
This was a great new addition to my setup. It's packaging is smaller than my last one. Space-saving is one of my biggest things. The meshnet is a game changer. I do my vending at night. So bugs are a big problem. And setting up by myself is a breeze with this system.

Collapsed first time in the rain
EDIT: Shortly after this review a representative from the seller reached out, offered a refund, and to replace the frame. As we have already thrown out the canvas, this was of no use. But I do appreciate the offer. I am changing my review from one star to three, as customer service means a lot. However, I encourage you to read my following review as a cautionary tail. I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel obligated here. We were so excited to set up a large screen room for our campsite. We had it less than a week when we got a small rainstorm. It wasn't a hurricane or windy at all. Just your basic rain. It was set up correctly, step-by-step based on the instructions, but the water pooled so much that the entire thing collapsed, breaking itself. The screens are tight, as they should be, but the zippers/fabric are low quality and started to stretch to the point where we wouldn't open them more than 3/4 of the way out of fear of ripping. In addition to that, your normal morning dew/condensation would drip through and collect on the top. If you were out there in the morning and unzipped the door, anyone inside would get a small rain shower. Spend a little more money and get a quality screen room. Avoid this at all costs unless you live on a planet with no rain.
