Amazon Grocery, Butter Extract, 1 Fl Oz

I had a recipe that I wanted to try. And it required “butter extract.“ I hadn’t run across that before, so I looked for it in various places in local stores that didn’t carry it. I used it in a poundcake, and people that tasted it thought there was a lot of butter when there wasn’t. It definitely enhances the flavor of baked goods.

Besides baking, it's excellent in coffee too, with creamer or without, the exceptional depth of flavor it adds, even combining different flavors of them together, you know, a combination, wow I love it, and you can adjust it to suit your personal taste. Usually 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon for starters to about 16oz coffee (with creamer or without). What a clean product to use, no chemical worries, and that's the Amazon for you!!!!!

I love to be able to have the butter flavor and things without the butter. Started having food allergies a few years back. I still like the butterflavor

It's a desert extract. Meaning it's sweet. Very vanilla forward. I wish I would know that before dumping that into my diet mac and cheese.
