This is absolutely a must have for everybody. I actually supplement my coffee with this. I used to drink coffee every morning, but this is so delicious and it’s so easy on my stomach, even if I’m feeling a little nauseous or I haven’t eaten any food. This never upsets my stomach and gives me tons of energy just like I drink coffee, but it lasts longer and it’s good for my health. It’s not tricking my brain like coffee does. I literally drink this every single day and I’m on my third container. Sometimes I don’t feel like doing anything especially paying bills or doing tedious monotonous work on the computer but as soon as I take this, I’m good to go. Next thing you know the dishes are done. The laundry is done. The floor is clean and my bills are paid.

Have been using this brand for a while. Flavour is great and it gives me the energy sources I need when I'm training. Good value for money when buying the larger tub.
