Very good book, for mothers who are not very interested in nutrition and with no medical or nutritional background it's quite simple to understand yet very informative.. A must read for all expecting mothers not just gd moms.. I regret reading it only when I got diagnosed, I believe it would have made a difference in my and my baby s health if I had read it from day one pregnancy..
