Welliver Outdoors Mason Bee Tube Refill

Bees bees bees..for some reason love my patio. These are perfect and the nests fit fine. I have both mason and leaf cutters who chose my door structures every year hoping to train them this a better option!

Love having mason bees around our garden and have been needing replacement tunes. So happy to find them in Amazon. My product came asap and is very nice. Will order again!

I made several models of Bee Houses (square and diamond-shaped) and found these tubes worked very well. I drilled 3/8" in two pieces of wood, I use as a front piece and the other to support the tube inside the house, and then use a rolled piece of parchment paper to line each tube. This method is more work that stacking the tubes together but I feel it makes for a more study house that's easy to clean with excellent airflow, and since I can remove a few parts to clean the whole thing out and remove the parchment, it is basically a new house every year. I think that tubes a rather pricey and so would normally give 3 stars but since my design allows me to get what I hope to be many years of use from each tube I give it 4 stars. Mason Bee houses make great gifts, especially if you build them yourself out of scrap wood!

Worked great for my mason bee house! Were quickly found and used by our bees in about three days of being placed outside.

Building a box to house these, we have madon bees using all kinds of spaces and thought to make it easier for them. The tubes seem to be perfect.

I used these sturdy tubes to build mounts for my paper bird sculptures. They work great, and the price is right.

I purchased two sets and it didn't full my house even half way. I needed to cut them down, My house is only 5 3/4 inches deep. I hope the bees will take to these. Have not seen any yet.

You might think that the Welliver Bee Tube Refill would contain enough tubes to refill the Welliver Mason Bee House. You would be wrong. The tubes themselves are fine, but other suppliers offer refill tubes in much larger quantities for the same price.
