Not strong for my F150
I hope if it’s heavy duty, About installing it’s easy

Easy to instal, basically common sense and takes less than 5 min. You need 10mm socket or wrench and a 5mm Allen. It lowers the tailgate quickly and gently, and raising takes no more effort than before. Came with thread lock too. There is some noise at the bottom end of the stroke on but nothing crazy at all. Will update if I have any issues

It will only work on the drivers side. I bought two because of the reviews but the bottom bracket is only made for the drivers side. Easy to install and it does help tremendously but two would be better. I thought I’d be able to cut the mount to fit but it will not align properly. I attempted to return the item but the seller stated no need to return! Fantastic to work with, amazing customer support and refund was immediate!
