Does it retract with the bracket in the center?

Can you lock in place for travel in vertical or horizontal position ?

Will it fit tcl 32s327?

We found that the 32S327 has a 100mm x 100mm VESA hole pattern weighing approximately 9.3 lbs. without stand which is clear of overlapping/blocked inputs. And the MD2210 LOCKABLE RV MOUNT fits up to 200mm x 200mm and will hold up to 44 lbs., which requires a 1/2" inch thick wood board. (Item weights about 7 LBS.)
