This pan is simply amazing! Eggs don’t stick and come out in perfect shape every time. You can easily serve such eggs for a festive breakfast. I bought one for myself and also for several of my friends — everyone is very happy with it.

It won’t work on a convection hob I believe, but it’s great on my Aga and I’ve discovered a new fascination with cooking mini omelettes! Beat an egg and a bit of grated cheese together, then pour into the hollows in this pan, and voila - instant supper. Use a silicone spatula to turn them over/out to avoid scratching the pan, and you only need to run the pan under the hot tap to get it clean, no detergent needed. I’m not convinced that fried eggs are as “fried” as I would normally expect from traditional frying, because they can’t spread out as thinly, so they come out as a cross between fried and poached, but this is a sight cleaner and easier to use, with minimal oil needed. It does work with no oil at all, but I prefer the effect with a little bit sprayed on.

Es macht keinen Sinn, Liwanzen-/Augenpfannen aus einem schweren Material herzustellen, da man mit einer relativ niedrigen Temperatur arbeitet. Daher ist die relativ leichte, aber trotzdem robuste Pfanne bestens für ihren Zweck geeignet. Die Beschichtung lässt nichts anbrennen. Einzig die Lieferzeit auf China war etwas lange.
