This is my second bottle and the first bottle lasted a while. Take half a cap full twice a day and it works pretty well. This product has really surprised me. I didn’t expect much but I’m very impressed. It does give a boost of energy first thing in the morning. And I’ve burned fat off of my body. I haven’t changed anything in my eating or workout routine but my abs are significantly more visible since using this. Very impressed with it.
