Needed to protect knee caps and so…

Great accessory!
Great for additional stability challenges to Pilates exercises. I use it for various standing and kneeling trunk rotations on the reformer, and for push-ups. The rotator discs came with a useful booklet of basic stability exercises. The rubber pads, sold separately, are awesome. Just the right density to cushion and support.
