Tastes Like The Real Thing!
This product is the perfect substitute for fresh eggs if you like them scrambled. One tablespoon of the powder is equivalent to one small egg. I am accustomed to large or jumbo eggs, so I will be increasing by 1.5 to 2x what the directions say.

Good flavor and texture
Actually surprisingly good the texture was spot on for scrambled eggs but the flavor was good but not quite spot on

Good product, performs as promised; directions about volume measure are wrong
Dried whole eggs are handy if you use eggs just occasionally. They keep much longer than fresh, and they cook up like fresh eggs. (Except in recipes separating whites and yolks!) I've used a few brands. This is a good-quality example. Quirk: One-pound Eggylicious jar I'm now using is labeled with inaccurate mixing proportions. In fact the same misinformation is on this Amazon product page, above, in manufacturer's Q&A section: "One tablespoon of whole egg powder is equivalent to one whole egg." That's WRONG, and the manufacturer admits as much implicitly, in other label information. Read on: For one egg's worth, label calls for "1 Tbsp (15 g)." The Nutrition label also is based on a one-egg portion size of 15 grams powder. The one-pound jar contains 30 such 15g portions (about 30 eggs in dried form). Problem is in that "1 Tablespoon" claim. A US measuring tablespoon is one-half fluid ounce, about 15 milliliters (ml). 15 ml of water weighs 15g. 15 ml of powdered eggs does not weigh 15g, because the powder is much lighter than water. To get 15g for one egg, you need about THREE measuring tablespoons of the product I received. I weighed out two eggs' worth (30g) of powder for a recipe: it exactly filled a 3-fluid-ounce paper cup. So, each egg's worth (15g) is about 1.5 fl-oz or three tablespoons. And the manufacturer knows that, implicitly. 30 eggs' worth at 1.5 fl-oz per is 45 fluid ounces, almost a quart and a half. Which IS the size of the jar it's shipped in. Yet whoever wrote up the label instructions (and Q&A info above) didn't check that "one tablespoon" claim against these other facts. The label needs to change, recognizing that 15g (one egg worth) is a much larger volume than "1 Tbsp." A cooking tip, with any powdered whole eggs: To use reconstituted liquid eggs, mix the powder with water in advance and let sit 10-20 minutes before using. It needs time to fully integrate (the mixture also thickens slightly). I find that one egg's worth (15 grams) needs around 2 fl oz (55-60 ml) water to yield a consistency like fresh eggs. For baking, pancakes, etc., with dry ingredients, it's simpler just to mix the powder with those, sifting if needed to eliminate lumps.

High quality powdered eggs
I keep eggs in the house and often go through 12 or 18 in the course of a two week period, sometimes more. I started to investigate powdered eggs in the hope that they could reduce my grocery bill. No, that doesnโt seem to be the case, the per unit cost of fresh eggs is lightly lower than the per unit equivalent of egg powder. But then I realized that I use eggs for a lot of purposes (direct cooking, but also baking and battering foods), plus powdered eggs ARE cheaper than the freeze dried eggs I use while camping. I decided to buy some powdered eggs after all, just to be able to save my fresh eggs for direct cooking. However, I would be remiss if I didnโt try cooking these, so Iโve tried scrambling them and making them into an omelette. The flavor is actually really acceptable; if I have to say something, theyโre maybe just a little bland (nothing salt and pepper canโt fix, though). In addition to omelettes and scrambled eggs, Iโve used them for breading, which worked just fine. Now, nothing will replace fresh eggs for me, but I think Iโll keep some powdered eggs in my pantry. Itโs a great just-in-case food, and itโll save money for camping, too (not to mention bulk). Plus, itโll help me stretch my fresh eggs that much further, and it would work well in case of a power outage that causes my fresh eggs to spoil.

A great camping food
Not bad at all! I use this to pack easy light protein rich food when I go camping. Can mix them in just about anything, or make easy scrambled eggs. Big fan!

Egg pancake
Honestly idk what to really expect from powdered egg. You have to make sure you get the mixture right and even then, once you cook it it's like a pancake, but it tastes more like an egg. It's dry. I would only eat this stuff willingly in an emergency after trying it.

Smell, taste and look just like scrambled eggs.
Made some today. They smell, taste and look just like scrambled eggs. I haven't tried it in any recipes that call for eggs yet, that'll be my next test. The scrambled eggs turned out great so I'm sure they'll work good in recipes that need eggs.

Never run out of eggs but I feel short changed
I live in the boonies and its not always easy to get to a store. This product makes up and works eggs-acktly like fresh eggs. I don't use them to eat as scrambled eggs but they do work egg-ceptionally well in baking. I never run out of eggs when it matters because I can just add some powder to some water and whip it up. Unfortunately, this company is slighting its customers. Weighing the unopened container shows me that it weighs 15.5 ounces, not 16 as promised and that is the gross weight with the container, not the net weight of the product. The container, empty is 2 and 5/8 ounces or 73 grams. This means that the product net weight is 13 ounces not 16 ounces. The weight is a lie. For the price, I egg-spect the full weight. I will not order from this company again based on this deception.

Product was good but
I mixed the egg powder with a real egg to doubled the portion and the taste was like eating 2 real eggs. No noticeable flavor and texture other than real egg. So product is good. The purpose of buying was to take into the bush portaging allowing for less weight etc..., but ordered on July 10 and paid extra for 2 day express shipping, but did it was not shipped until July 13, and not receive until July 27th. My trip was starting on July18 so I advised the Supplier that this shipping time was unacceptable and requested they cancel the order. They responded very quickly and offered a refund which has been received. Appears that the Supplier ignored expediting shipping and Border Customs additionally held up the order. But the Supplier did honor the refund and therefore I gave them 4 star. I recommend you order way in advance of your need for this product.

Small size, Not full or to Weight.
The package was ordered on the 11th of Dec, supposed to be here between 17-24th. Told on the 24 that it would be here, Next day said it would be here 25-30, then didn't have any tracking and was told PACKAGE MAY BE LOST. I could request a refund if it wasn't here by the 30th of Dec. I sent in 3 messages two on the 31st, 1 on the 2nd and 1 on the 4th. The package came in the mail today and is twice as small as I thought it was going to be and was not even full (Just over half). The weight of contents is supposed to be 16 oz =1 lb. BUT the Container and Contents are 17.984 oz. The container s wt is 2.9 oz. The CONTENTS (Eggs) are NOT EVEN 1 lb. (16 oz.) It does taste like eggs but I will not be ordering from here again.
