Buyer beware. . . this slow cooker is 110V being sold in a 220V country. The seller will tell you just to use an adapter or a converter - which may be fine but should be noted prior to purchase. Crock Pot is a great brand, but save yourself the hassle and buy a 220V slow cooker!

The first time we used this product we followed the receipe and put the cooker on low - the recipe was to take 4-5 hours. We went out and came back after 2 hours to find the kitchen full of smoke, the food incinerated and the plastic handles completely melted onto the work top. We are just luckily we came back when we did or we would have likely faced a fire. This product was a death trap and we are just so lucky we came back when we did. Horrendous 😡😡😡😱😱

Works great can leave it all day while I do errands.Safe product and you like to freeze meals it’s large enough to do that.

I’m a sucker for crock pots. I’m also a sucker for purple and shiny things. As such, I needed this in my life. It’s nice and big and does just what it should. It also looks bright and beautiful sitting in my kitchen. I love it. 💜

Product is defective, we received it on 13 nov and tried to use on 17th nov , trying to return it but they are saying window closed on 15th November. They are fooling us. Please return my order and my payment
