I've bought three of these controllers now. I absolutely love the soft feel and performance. I had an issue with one of them and it was slightly past the warranty date. I contacted customer service and they immediately got back me and resolved the issue. Top notch support team! I'll definitely purchase from them again. 5 ⭐'s.

Love my new controller! The textured grip is great. The bright colors are eye-catching. Pretty sure I’ve shaved a few hundredths off my Forza lap times 😉.

Let me start off by saying that I'm not one for writing good or bad reviews on anything, but I'm compelled to do so for this particular item. I have to say that this is the best controller that I've ever held in my hands—and I've been playing video games off and on for 30+ years! This controller feels so comfortable in my hands that I can literally play games for hours on end! It even has micro gripping in key areas under the controller and the top (colored area) is very smooth to the touch! I will be ordering a second one very soon! Do yourselves a favor and buy this controller...you can't go wrong! P.S. If you're going to be using this controller with an Xbox one (X—not series X), the center button allows you to take screen shots. I LOVE this! I can either share the pics with my friends or use them as background pics on my home page!

We bought this controller for my son, and it is great looking, and the slightly textured top and grip feels really high end when playing. I had to come on and write a review because one of his friends got something sticky on it, and a button stopped working. I emailed Crazy Controllers directly and there was absolutely no problem, no fuss, they said they would replace it. I just sent it back with the proof of purchase and a brand new one showed up literally days later. If you want a custom controller, I couldn't recommend this company more!

Great product. Purchased the Blue Xbox controller. It worked just fine snd charged really well. My son is a bit rough on things so glad I purchased the warranty. Sent controller back and this company was extremely helpful and quick on sending a replacement. Will definitely purchase from this company again!

I’ll start with the only two things about this controller. The grip softness and color. Felt great and looks great. That’s it. Now onto why I’m giving a one start review. I’ve had this controller for just under 2 months now and it stopped working. A few days after I first got it while using I noticed my headset, which was connected to the controller via wire, was having issues with connectivity. I figured it’s about time for a headset upgrade but that didn’t fix the issue. Still had the same problems with the new headset. Today I went to start up my Xbox to play DBD but notice my controller now only turns on and turns on my Xbox (like it should) but that’s it. All the other controls stopped working! I cant select any apps or even hold the home button for more options. Can’t even turn off my Xbox with the controller anymore. All the controller does now is turn on and off. I’ve tried plugging it in and nothing. I’ve tried connecting and disconnecting and NOTHING!! It’s a waste of money!! Don’t waste your time or money on buying this controller!! Get something better that’ll actually work.
