Recorded at Alvernia Studios, mixed and mastered: Tadeusz Mieczkowski Reschek Moduel, a Polish Keyboard Musical Instrument known as the weird in Southern German Newspapers. The Paso Dobblé (ACT94582) collaboration with Basist Ras Danielson, has spoken the world with its talent. He was invited to the first release of the Jazz at Berlin Philharmonic (ACT95562) series held in Berlin Philharmonic(ACT95562) in 2012, and is anticipated as the successor to the Polish Jazz first person Tomash Stanko, and is a pianist that is a focus both in Poland the world. It has never played the jazz until 18 years old, and it also has a high performance technique learned in the classic field. The Album "Polska", which is the name of your country, has been released. Review: A true, silent gem! - Through my previous knowledge of the high quality output of the ACT label, I came to know Leszek and Polska (Lars Danielsson being an "old" acquaintance for his collaborations with Keith Jarrett on the competing label). This is very subtle music, interweaving classical music, hinted-at children's songs and percussive jazz, very melodic, even poetic. It's also very peaceful, maybe in a Polish kind of style (?), and introspective. I really love this record and play it often when I'm alone and in a contemplative mood. Thing is if Mr Mozdzer was English, German or American, this record would be flying off the shelf. For now he's relatively unknown, but I sincerely hope I can contribute my grain of sand to change that. He certainly deserves it! Do the Polska! Review: Fresh breeze from Overseas - The first piece is kinda crappy but the rest are delightful and imaginative by these talented European musicians. If you are as bored as I am with The Great American Songbook, you will really enjoy this!
