Should this product be cloudy?

Absolutely. As we use real raw botanical ingredients to create Crossip it does leave some cloudiness. This is also to aid in the mouthfeel and texture to create that fantastic non alcoholic mixed drink. If you have a look at the label it does mention to give it a quick shake before serving. Is there a best before date for the bottle?

Yes, every bottle has a Best Before Date stamped on the bottom. Unopened bottles have a shelf life of around 18 months post production. We would recommend consuming within three months post opening. Hope that helps!
