Great value. I’m in blood thinners and this is one of the items I can enjoy without Vitamin K in it.

Best Tasting Lima Beans
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked the Camella Green Baby Lima beans because I heard Camella is a great brand and I love green baby lima beans. I usually sort my beans before soaking to ensure there are no rocks or other debris. but was pleasantly surprised Camella's beans were ready to soak. After soaking I added them to the ham hock which had cook for 30 minutes, and cooked the beans for an hour before adding chopped onion, minced garlic, and cajun seasoning. To make it a complete meal I added hot water cornbread and tosses green salad. The green baby lima beans turned out great, very fresh tasting as if I just picked them, smooth and creamy, and my friends were fighting over the leftovers. Over all I am very happy with Camellas and will be purchasing more baby lima beans soon.

Authentic and nostalgic
Born in California, with Down South roots!! This brand is my go to!!! All the beans, keep me rooted in my Grandma's teachings. The cooking time on these beans are awesome as well, with garden fresh flavor. Pricey, so do your search be for you buy.

For dried baby lima beans they are okay. I prefer fresh or even frozen over dried though.
