I have always had a love/hate relationship with vanilla protein powders. I like to make açaí bowls or smoothies a lot, so I have tried MANY whey, pea protein, and vegan vanilla protein brands. I used to be in REALLY GREAT shape and having enough protein, creatine, vitamins and enthusiasm was always key for me to build muscles. I'm in my 50s now and out of shape lol. So, I had to go back to what I know. NO SUGARS, high protein based on body weight and little carbs. This protein from EHP is absolutely, BY FAR, the BEAT protein and MEAL REPLACEMENT I've ever used and the results were immediate. Over eating, snacking etc - NO MORE 1st day when drinking this protein. Just add WATER, EHP to my shaker/mixer and I'm GOOD. MY SPRING/SUMMER dad body will be in effect as long as I stick to goal and keep my eyes on the prize!! It taste GREAT..no ..I gotta get used to this or yucky after taste. It's awesome. Mixes WELL ..just get a shaker and you are GOOD TO GO. I use and like the Velomix shakers here on AMZ. Awesome price and perfect size. I loved it before and I love it know. Their product line is top notch. The creatine is good as well, though I use ANIMAL along side EHP. tablets and powder work good for me.

This taste just like the flavor and I gain weight instantly in the right places

Taste just like a vanilla milkshake. I've tried it with both water and almond milk and I think it taste better with unsweetened almond milk. With the water, it taste like a sugarless drink so if you prefer that kind of taste, then using just water should work fine. I feel full for about 2 hours. Price is average compared to other protein powders. I wanted to get everything from the same brand so I also use their pre workout and I think they work well together.

This is hands down the best protein powder I’ve ever had! The taste is smooth and delicious no chalky aftertaste like most other brands. It mixes perfectly with water or milk, and it doesn’t upset my stomach at all. I’ve noticed real results since I started using it more energy, faster recovery, and I actually look forward to drinking it after my workouts. Definitely worth every penny!
