It Works!
I used this for the ledger stone on my pool wall on my pool. There was some calcium build up before I was able to seal the wall. This softened the calcium where I was able to scrape it off. It is easy to use, good value for the money and has no odor. This worked! The bottle came without leaking as well. I will definitely use again.

Doesn't work - Waste of Money
Didn't work at all on my calcium stained pool tiles. I followed directions - tried 4 times until I finally gave up. Chemical smells awful - you need a mask. And it works no better than soap and water. Complete waste of money.

Nope.
Might work better for very minor haze . Didnโt work at all for major scale.

How the cleaner works
It works but Im probably going to have to use the whole bottle and scrub many times. I have a jetted tub so I am using it to get the hard water off where it drips and in my toilets.I see difference in the toilet but not so much on the tub.

It works but it takes several applications
It is the best we have found. The photo is what we have to keep up with. My husband sprays this stuff on it and it definitely softens up the white calcium buildup that he can then scrape or brush off much easier. We haven't done it for a while and that's why the calcium is showing again.

It actually works
I rarely write product reviews but this tile cleaner was worth a review. I have a huge 30,000 pool with lots of tiles that have heavy calcium deposits from years of using chlorine tablets. I had two choices, glass beadding which is very expensive or try a chemical release. I used one 32 oz spray and here is the before and after application. I have ordered a second bottle for another application. Keep in mind, I didnโt use any scrubbers, just sprayed it on and let it worked breaking down the calcium build up on its own.

Don't waste your money!!
Don't waste your money, it doesn't work. In fact, it made my tile look worse. I followed the directions, scrapped and scrubbed, then applied Layor Care Heavy Calcium Releaser. I let it sit for 5-8 min, as directed, then scrubbed again. When the tiles dried, it looked as though the calcium spread all over the tile. I repeated the process three times and it still didn't work. Now I am stuck with horrible looking tile.
