This is a top notch security system, also love being able to view cameras from our phones or from the monitor. Has all the features of systems costing a lot more money and everything is very well built and durable.

The picture quality is perfect and the view angle is wide. I was surprised how clear the cameras shows all details of people’s faces. The price is competitive for comparable cameras. Easy to use navigation tools such as locating and recording specific videos. Customer service responds quickly when asked how to include additional cameras (thank you Louis).

The cameras have a great picture the screen is nice. It is not a touchscreen some things to know it is not a Wi-Fi system. You must hardwire it with an ethernet cable to your router to get the app to work. Once you get the app online it’s a decent system the motion sensing versus human detection is great. If you have motion sensing on it will pick up everything like a car going by raindrops anything like that I just keep mine on human detection.

Be aware: After two years and purchasing two additional cameras, the system stopped working. That’s fine—I understand things can break. So, I contacted customer service. Unfortunately, they couldn’t fix it and simply sent me a link to their new system, which is not compatible with my existing cameras. That means I’ll lose all the money I invested in this system. Needless to say, I won’t be buying a new system from them. I also use CampCam cameras at another office, and they work much better. I do not recommend buying this brand.

We have not set them up permanently yet, but have taken it out of the box to make sure it all works. The monitor is absolutely amazing! We currently have a smaller monitor and it's okay, but the size of this one is perfect. The video looks crisp and clear. We think it was a great deal for the price.

I've been testing this system for a week now and I've decided I will be returning it. The system works well enough. The main operating system is fine. While there's no manual for it, a few hours of playing with the menus and you can figure it out, especially if you are already familiar with video surveillance systems. Daytime picture is clear, Motion Detect seems pretty reliable. A large body (person, animal) will set it off but small things like flies and moths apparently do not. All in all, I like it except for a few issues... You do not have the ability to enable/disable Video Loss alarms; they are always on. In my case, I have multiple buildings on the property, all with wi-fi cameras. Whether due to extraneous signals in the air (or maybe sunspots, I don't know), I sometimes get a day where there are lots of Video Loss alarms from the cameras. On my old system, I can disable Video Loss alarms so that they don't drive me crazy with phone alerts. Can't do that with this system. You can't enable/disable any of the alerts via the remote app. If I forget to turn off Motion Detect alerts before going out to one of the buildings, I have to walk back to the house in order to turn it off at the NVR. The IR led's for night vision are all focused to the center of the picture. This gives you a nice clean view of what's in the center of the camera but the outside edges are dark and cloudy. It still sends an alert if there's movement at the edges, but you can't make out what made the movement. The deal breaker for me - if a camera loses power (for example if a thief unplugs it), you do not receive any Video Loss alert on your mobile app. Even worse, the image you see on your mobile (and the NVR screen!) is the last good image the camera sent. So you can be across town (or across the world) looking at a picture that shows all is well, while someone is actually in the room you're looking at, robbing you blind! In my opinion, that's a major, major issue.

This is a simple install that creates great assurance. We installed the cameras ourselves on the perimeter of the house and they connected to the recorder/controller/display without incident. We can view from anywhere using the app on the phone. Plenty of space on the hard drive means we have everything captured if ever needed. Very low cost, diy friendly and reliable system. Highly recommend this great value.

Great product, easy to set up, cameras are spread around our warehouse with the receiver in the office, communication s reliable, stable and the video quality very good. Streaming from home is fast, reliable and clear. Impressive and great having videos recording 24/7. I have EUFY at home and the batteries constantly need charging even though they supposed to be 365 days and video captures just a few seconds each time. This system is great compared, yes the cameras needs to be plugged in but much more reliable and 24.7 recording is worth it. Great value.

Easy and simple to install, power to the cameras, wi-fi back to the unit and monitor. Great images, and easy to navigate. A Touch screen monitor would have been fantastic (it would achieve a 10) but using the mouse provided is acceptable.
