Bed is good. Comfortable and installation was done on time as well. Only issue I can see the top ply got bended little, i needed to reverse the side of ply.

I am extremely disappointed with my long-term experience with the Wakefit bed. Initially, the product looked good and sturdy, but within a short period, the bed started making significant creaking and cracking noises from the headboard and other parts of the frame. Even small movements create loud sounds, making it very uncomfortable and disturbing during sleep. The most frustrating part is that there have already been around 4–5 carpenter visits for the exact same issue. Every single time, the carpenter inspects the bed, tightens screws, adjusts fittings, and then openly says that this issue cannot be permanently resolved because it is related to the product design/build quality itself. Despite this, Wakefit keeps sending carpenters instead of providing an actual solution. The issue temporarily reduces for a few days and then comes back again. For a product advertised as premium and durable, this level of poor quality and repeated unresolved complaints is completely unacceptable. What is even more disappointing is Wakefit’s customer support approach. Even after multiple failed repair attempts and clear acknowledgment from visiting carpenters that the issue cannot be fixed permanently, Wakefit is still not refunding the amount or taking responsibility for the defective product. At this point, I no longer want repeated temporary fixes. I want Wakefit to take back the product and provide a full refund because the bed is clearly defective and not fit for long-term use. I genuinely regret purchasing this product and would strongly advise potential buyers to think carefully before investing their money. A bed should provide comfort and peace of mind — not continuous disturbance, repeated service visits, and unresolved frustration. Product is still in warranty. Bought on 23rd Sep 20205

The product is very nice. Packing and delivery of product are very nice and in time. The installation personal has done it within an hour. Very good product to buy it in Amazon.

The product is really good. The installation was seamless, took even less than half an hour. The space for storage really huge, could fit in the largest trolley bag size. The only concern is with the mattress fitting, it said 78*60 would fit in but was a little task to adjust it correctly and yet there is little space left in the corner, attached picture for reference . But otherwise it’s a wonderful product sturdy and good, worth the money.
