Listing says "Magnet pulls up to 15 lbs." Will magnet *lift* 15 lbs? Pulling capacity is meaningless -- it's totally dependent on amt of friction.

Can't help you much with that as my need and use for it was to move the fuel indicator gauge lever behind my Buick Park Avenue's dashboard plastic, which had frozen after a new battery was put in. The dealership was going to charge me $600 to "fix" it when Google answered that it could be fixed with a magnet. This magnet wasn't strong enough to get through the plastic to the gauge and we had to find one at an auto body shop which did move the indicator lever back to where it belonged so my problem was solved.

How long is it when fully extended and is it flexible?

Total length is 30" when extended, handle is 4". It does not to have much flex, maybe 5-10 degrees max.

Can it pick up or move metal dice?

It depends on the type of metal. If they are made of faress metal (Steel) they yes if they are made of nonfaress (aluminum,nickel, silver,gold,some pot metal) then no. And of course the weight if they weigh over 4 lbs then no.
