It spreads well, doesn't stick together, and has a delicious taste.

It's salt. How can you rate it? Does it taste salty? Yep. So the flavour is there. Does it look like salt? Yep, so the appearance is good. Does it sting if it gets in a cut or your eye? Yep. So it acts like salt. Would I buy it again? Yep, if I wanted more salt. Was it "easy to use"? Just how difficult could it possibly be? It's salt. The important thing is the bag was secure. Otherwise there would be nothing left by the time it was delivered.

This salt is better than the himalayan salt I had been using and seemed to have little bits of stone in. This salt seems super pure and is perfect for seasoning meals.

This fine sea salt is a boon. We tend to keep course sea salt or rock salt in a salt grinder. This is not practical when using salt in sweet desserts. Even in bread making, the fine salt is easier to include in the mix. I purchase several products Whole food earth - they are reliable and top quality and often organic but always GMO free.

You can tell it's good quality from the smell and the crunching action in a salt grinder. Well packaged with a sealable pouch.

Do not buy this if you looking for pure sea salt, as this has anti caking agent, which is the same stuff in the nasty table salt. It is not advertised with this In it, and is very misleading.
