Die Familie ist gewachsen. So auch das Tier. Das Handling mit dem Gewicht ist gut, auch in der Balance. Es ist auch so gut geschliffen, die Teile der Gans ließen sich hervorragend abtrennen. Im Vorjahr mit einem Kochmesser von Wüsthof war es ein Krampf. Lag aber nicht am Messer, es war einfach ein unpassendes Werkzeug.
