I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment with Lifelong India and their product “Lifelong Foot Spa Massager with 8 Auto Rollers – LLM279.” I purchased this product on 16th November 2025, and to my shock, it completely stopped working within just six months of moderate usage (on 19th May 2026). For a product marketed with features like automatic rollers, heating, and relaxation benefits, this level of failure is absolutely unacceptable. [amazon.in] But the bigger problem is not just the faulty product — it is the pathetic after-sales service. Since 20th May 2026 till today (31st May 2026), I have been continuously struggling to get basic support from Lifelong’s customer care team. Their service approach is completely unprofessional and highly frustrating: No proactive approach after complaint registration Customer must follow up EVERY SINGLE DAY by calling support Every time you call, you just hear the same recorded message: “Your issue will be resolved in 24–48 hours” Even after waiting for 72+ hours, there is absolutely NO update, NO callback, NO resolution It literally feels like the customer has to beg for updates just to get a defective product repaired. This kind of behavior clearly shows that: Customer time is not valued Complaints are not taken seriously There is zero accountability in the support process Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience — similar complaints about poor customer support and lack of response have also been reported by other users. I got this Foot Spa Massager on 24th of january 2024 at a price of 4999, and overall, I'm quite pleased with its performance. The massager provides a relaxing experience, thanks to its high-quality materials and well-built design. The pricing is reasonable, offering good value for the features it provides. However, it's worth noting that despite the product description mentioning a remote control, mine did not come with one. This minor inconvenience aside, the foot spa itself delivers a soothing and enjoyable experience. later I'll write its long term review...
