Great low-profile appearance and very solid.
This is really a nice product. Great looking low profile on the vehicle and extremely sturdy. I installed it on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. Assembly is fairly easy but the instructions are a bit confusing. The rubber pads for the bottoms of the crossbar "feet" are unnecessary, not addressed in the instructions and almost impossible to utilize - I discarded them. Very happy with this product! The wind noise is definitely noticeable so I will go back and change the location of the bars and install the crossbar feet. Although they are not mentioned in the directions, my assumption is that they may be an add-on item intended to reduce wind noise.

Perfect fit! Easy installation!
1. These are a perfect fit for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee! 2. There’s no perceivable noise at 65 mph. 3. The installation instructions are a little wonky. They show the end pieces as separate parts but were pre-installed on the crossbars. You have to remove the brackets to place them on the rails. Also, the separate rubber gaskets were not on the parts lost but easy to figure out. I’d say the installation took maybe 45 minutes from opening the package to reading the instructions and dry fitting everything to make sure it all fit together through the actual installation. Tools are included. Also included are an extra screw of each size (2). Since the end piece was preinstalled, I didn’t need the second torx wrench. After my test drive, I tightened everything up which just seemed to be due to the gaskets settling in. In a week or so I’ll be transporting my kayak about 150 miles on the freeway and I’ll update if there are any issues but right now I am extremely happy with this purchase! One quick note: These fit perfectly and look OEM but cost only about 1/4 the price of the Mopar crossbars (I don’t know if there’s a difference in load capacity but these will fit my needs.)

Great value
These bars fit the rails that was on the vehicle. They arrived as advertised and assembled quickly and came with tools to assemble them.

Just as good as Thule
less than 50 percent the cost of Thule and has the same weight requirements. Very sturdy and security bolts a plus, saved me from having to purchase on my own. Euro style is nice, more stream lined. Only down side is that I've had to re-tighten then once so far. Installing requires patience, it's not a quick 15 minute job if you want to do it right.

Low profile. High quality.
Very easy to install. Not sure if they have made improvements based on previous reviews but both bars were marked FRONT and BACK with arrow pointing which way to mount. Also included tools and one extra long and short screw. The small rubber boots that go on the bottom of each bracket were a pain to install but otherwise easy. Took me a total of 45 minutes. Good quality product finish. Drove with them installed and no wind noise at all. See pics. They are low profile and look good on my 2016 grand cherokee.

Seems solid, easy to install
Directions bad but usable. Rubber boots supplied not covered in instructions so I will have to take it off and put them on after I figured out they needed to be there. I am putting a cargo carrier on it so to keep it from being scratched I will be putting weather stripping on bottom of cargo carrier. The kind used for trucks when you put on a shell.

Decent quality for the price
I wanted to leave a feedback hoping it helps someone in the future. We bought two sets of these cross bars and installed on two different Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawks following the installation method described below. First off, the product came in nicely packaged with one page color instructions and two spare bolts. Second, take that installation instructions and throw it in the garbage. The way I installed it is by loosening all the bolts but keeping everything attached. Right side towers have red R stickers on them and should already come pre-assembled the right way corresponding to Front and Rear orientation. With all the bolts loose lay one bar at a time into the channel making sure you have the same distance in between. Once positioned inside the factory rail, remove top bolts one at a time to apply blue loctite as recommended by other reviewers. This step is optional but helps ensure bolts don’t come loose in the future. With your finger make sure the lip of the tower is seated properly inside the factory rail. Once confirmed, start tighten top bolts alternating until both are tight. Go on the other side and repeat the same steps to tighten the other tower making sure the lip is latched inside the factory rail. Once both towers are secured, tighten small screws under the bar. Repeat all of above steps to install the second cross bar. Remove the orientation stickers and enjoy the finished product.

Once installed they look and fit great. I am fairly handy, but they took me about 90 minutes to install. If I had left out one step, it would have been much quicker. I would rate the product a 5, but the installation can be a bit tricky if not done right, and they make a bit of whistling noise when driving. Like others, two of the screw’s threads were a bit rough and hard to get out and back in. I did take the advice of others and used loctite (red) on all screws when installing. The rubber gaskets are flimsy and tend to fall off during installation. I used someone else’s suggestion and used a small piece of foam under the brackets to keep them elevated so the screws would reach. This worked great. Make sure that you alternate between the two screws when tightening. My mistake - I loosened the screws under the cross bar thinking that I would need the side to side adjustment. There is no room to retighten them once the cross bars are installed. Struggling with this cost me almost 40 minutes! You do not have to loosen these to install the bars, the width is fine right from the company. The two hollow tipped torx wrenches that are provided were stripping out by the end of the install.

Had the roof rack for less than a year. It functions well and is sturdy but has already started corroding badly with the paint chipping off in some places. I wash my car regularly to remove road debris and salt so it’s disappointing to see this and suggests inferior construction and materials.

Bought them for my 2017 trailhawk. For the price they are solid. No noise on the hwy either. However, I had to drill the slots for the back one slightly longer otherwise the back one wouldn't fit. Not a huge issue for me and still well worth the price.
