I have recently switched over to the gummy version of many of my vitamins and supplements. I was finding it hard to swallow the 20 to 30 vitamins and supplements i would like to be taking a day. Wow! I got the strawberry flavored gummies and they were delicious. Before trying the gummies, my stomach sometimes felt upset after eating. On day 3 and afterwards on the gummies my stomach felt less bloated and not upset as much, I did not change my diet. Highly recommend these!!

I thought this was a one month supply, which was my bad for not investigating further. The price of this made sure I'll definitely be going to a different brand. The ones i normally use have different fruity flavors. These do taste good, but my normal ones are $10 for 80, a 40 day supply.
