how tall or large can the cups be that you warm?

I am using "diner style" mugs that I bought on Amazon because they are heavy and hold the heat really well. A tall cup will not fit. It holds 6 coffee cups total, more if they are espresso cups.

How do you turn off the auto shut off?

1) Turn the unit on so the button is lit up red. Lift the flap (display says "ON"). Set the clock by pressing the Clock button until the time is displayed,2) Press the Clock button. The Hour flashes, press Up/Down to set the Hour, then press the Clock button. The Minutes flashes, press Up/Down to set the Minutes. Press the Clock button and the time is set.3) Now whilst the time is displayed (if it isn't press the Clock button). Press the Up/Down button until the On time is displayed (display says "ON"). Press the Clock button. The Hour flashes, press Up/Down to set the Hour to 00, then press the Clock button. The Minutes flashes, press Up/Down to set the Minutes to 00. Press the Clock button and the On time is set. 4) Now whilst the time is displayed (if it isn't press the Clock button). Press the Up/Down button until the Off time is displayed (display says "OFF"). Press the Clock button. The Hour flashes, press Up/Down to set the Hour to 23, then press the Clock button. The Minutes flashes, press Up/Down to set the Minutes to 59. Press the Clock button and the Off time is set. 5) Now the On and Off times are both set (the display says "AUTO") close the flap. The unit will stay on until you turn it off. You can turn it off/on at any time with the button on the unit. Once on it stays on. If the power is turned off at the socket, or there is a power cut, the unit will need to be reprogrammed.

Is this the latest model?

I think that they only make one model. The was not able to determine why different numbers were listed on various web sites.

Will 4.85” tall latte cup would fit?

That latte cup is too tall to fit. A 4 3/8" cup is about the tallest to fit comfortably in both drawers (the lower one allows +/- 1/16" taller mugs). Great warmer but it is limiting on height and width.

Works, but the drawers are a little clunky

You can set the unit to heat cups for a certain period of time in the day, which is nice. It also visually works with a Jura coffee machine, so it looks like a nice set. However, the drawers (the things you actually touch) feel cheap and the soft close feature first yanks the drawer from your hand, jostling the cups, and then in the last split second slows down so as not to slam. It would probably have been better for Jura to just focus on smooth sliding and skip the soft close feature.

Works, but doesn't have non-volatile memory for ON/OFF

If you have a power glitch you need to reprogram the auto ON/OFF. I must have done it 20 times. Otherwise works fine, although the thing is built cheap compared to a Jura machine.

PRO: scalda ottimamente le tazzine, è chiuso davanti, è capiente più che a sufficienza per un uso domestico o in un piccolo ambiente di lavoro (otto tazzine), è esteticamente un oggetto bello e compatto (le dimensioni contenute sono importanti giacché, una cucina o un ufficio - a cui è destinato - non hanno certamente molto spazio da sacrificare per uno scaldatazzine), consuma poco trattandosi di resistenze che riscaldano, è programmabile. CONTRO: non ci stanno in larghezza i piattini (che tuttavia non ha senso riscaldare e vanno allocati altrove, ad esempio in un cassetto), non dà l'impressione di robustezza, potrebbe costare meno, non ha una memoria tampone (per cui se viene meno l'alimentazione si sprogramma). Al momento mi pare prevalgano gli aspetti positivi: consigliato per uso domestico o piccolo ufficio, sconsigliato per un pubblico esercizio (bar o ristorante).

Outstanding product

This product is great ! My expresso cups and small mulled wine/hot cocoa cups are hot but not too hot when I take them off the racks. Product looks great and has a small footprint on my counter. It's easy to use and keep clean. I'm not using the timer. I push power button before I go to bed and enjoy wonderfully hot cups in the morning. Product seems economical as it only added 4cents to my electric bill yesterday. I recommend this product.
