It really works
It truly prevents bloating, it works way better than other enzyme pills that I have tried. I just wish it was less expensive.

Using these because I am on a GLP-1 for weight loss and I’m already on daily meds that make me extremely constipated. I was going at least one time every 3 days and then I was only going 1 time a week until I recently got these a few days ago and have taken 1 a day and I have had softer stool for 1 and less painful and going more often. If you are on a GLP one you need this for pain relief of passing stool, GLP-1 slows your digestion but this helps that aspect on the toilet. I’ve noticed I do have more energy since taking them, I don’t know all the benefits but it’s helping my belly not hurt and I’m pooping! 💩 that’s the best part is the effectiveness! Taste like most supplements that’s why I hold my nose and swallow!

Maybe it's for men in general or just me specifically reacting to one of the ingriedients (I do not have any allergies), but after a few weeks of taking the product, my nipples started to feel very tender/sensitive to a point where I couldn't even wear an undershirt as it was causing pain. Soon as I stopped taking the product, it was gone. Just FYI for men who are looking to try this product out. With regards to it working for digesting food, yes I believe it did.

This product really works well, calms tummy upsets - Sometimes you'll be gassy, but all depends on the foods you eat. I would rather take this than IBgard!
