The right tool for the right job
If you are using anything else to close aglets … you are either getting really lucky or your aglets are looking terrible.

Must have
So far has been working good. There is a learning curve to getting to press the aglets and not scratching them, and to not scratch off the colored aglets I have but this tool is definitely a must for attaching aglets or you’ll get and in even press if using pliers and scrape even more. Buy cheap aglets to practice with

Crimping Tool is Amazing
For years I have been purchasing metal aglets from different companies and when asking if there was a tool for them was told use a pair of pliers. Pliers have never given me the finished product I can achieve with this marvelous crimping tool. I highly recommend it.

It Works...with Practice
Anyway, I make a number of things with ties so wanted an aglet crimper so that the ends would be properly finished. Given time, this does a good job of installing aglets. With that said, it took me maybe 10 tries to get it to work (it's very finicky), and even then, it was not unusual for me to try to install one just for it to fail. I'm not sure whether this is normal or not for an aglet crimper, but it was still sort of annoying. STill, I could always trim the tie and install a new aglet (aglets are pretty cheap), and I did very much like the final result.

El precio de hace un año cayo en aproximadamente un 30%, importante para el comprador actual aprovechar este amplio descuento y tener una herramienta que la recordara.

Works perfectly! Expensive but is the only tool of its kind.

It just works!!!
When putting new tips on laces this hand crimper for aglets works much quicker and easier than a pair of pliers.
