I ordered one. When I opened tje cream colour developer I realised it is only half filled, not even half. This is not what we pay for

The product was sealed from outside but inside it was refilled with some flimsy product and the bootlegs were totally stained and looked worn out! I couldn’t return the item since I opened it after the duration of return policy! A totally FAKE SELLER. The product actually is good.
