It’s early days but the milk frother works well and produces a really nice smooth milk, nicc to have with coffee or hit chocolate.

After 3 uses its rotating speed decreased and not working properly. Don’t buy it its my suggestion and save your money

Before I purchase anything, I like to reach out to the seller first and find out more about the warranty. Elisa responded very quickly and explained the warranty to me. She also told me how to register my frother once I received it. My frother was delivered in the evening so I used it the following day. I didn't need to charge it because it already had a charge. It was easy to use and frothed my 2% milk and my flavored creamer perfectly. I am very happy with it, so far. To sum it up: 1) Elisa was responsive and genuinely seemed to care about her customers, which gave me confidence in making this purchase. 2) Frother works great with milk and milk products. 3) I'm glad I won't have to be replacing batteries. All I have to do is plug it in and I'll be good to go. Plus, the charging cord comes with it. If you are having doubts let me reassure you, you won't be sorry if you purchase it. I really think you'll like it. Edit #1: I have had this frother for less than 6 months. This is the 2nd time I have had to charge it; pretty impressive, huh? Each charge lasted for about 2 months! Unfortunately, when I went to use it the following day it was completely dead. The charge did not hold and I was unable to use it. I have read reviews about this happening, but, like most people, I didn't think it would happen to me. Well, it did. I contacted the seller and I will update with the end result. I really do like this frother and I am hoping the seller will do the right thing. Edit #2: I received the new frother within a week. Like the previous one, it came with a charge. Elisa, the customer service rep, was responsive, which I appreciated. It's nice to have my frothy coffee again; I really missed it. I hope this frother lasts longer than 6 months, but if it doesn't, I hope Elisa will help me again. So, in a nutshell, this company offers great customer service and backs up their product. Fingers crossed I won't have to reach out to them again concerning a frother that won't charge.

Pros : Robust, powerful and no wobble. Cons : 1. Switch is at the top instead of where your thumb would naturally rest. This becomes awkward to switch it on and off without splashing everywhere. 2. That double whip locks lot of bits between the whisks and is really very hard to clean. 3. The power is also a problem as it’s on or off and it’ll plaster whatever you are whisking everywhere. Note to designer : variable speed control and positioning the control in a natural location would have made this product 100% I naturally seem to go back to using my Ikea whisk which says a lot about its usability
