I saw this brand mentioned in an online video recipe. It was $twice as much as I usually spend on a muffin/popover pan, but this one is so worth it! It performs as promised. Easy to clean. Non-stick surface. We love it and gave away our old muffin pans. It is heavy-duty too. Hold it in your hands and you will see the difference. Highly recommend to popover bakers!

Love this pan. They make giant popovers. I think I’ll have to buy the mini pan as well to make more dinner bun size popovers for variety.

Well built sturdy tin. Always use melted butter to pregrease cups. Do not use aerosols. Easy washups. Very highly recommended. You get what you pay for and this is worth every dollar.

We got our first nordicware popover pan for our wedding 10 years ago and just bought another because we love it so much! Yes it's pricey but it makes the best popovers! Be prepared to buy 2 because you're going to want more at a time!
