Dopo aver già verificato l'utilità del Trigger Point nel caso di affaticamento muscolare, per lo stretching pre e post attività fisica e per gli indolenzimenti lombari e dorsali ho provato questo attrezzo per la pianta dei piedi. Ho avuto ottimi risultati soprattutto per riattivare la circolazione e risolvere problemi di geloni e piedi freddi.

Me gusto su nivel de dureza y su textura, permite dar masaje en varias partes del pie, la planta, el empeine, tobillo, talón en fin. Me ayudó para mi fascitis plantar. Además un buen masaje para descansar.

Ich nutze die Rolle unterm Schreibtisch. Durch die verschiedenen Noppen, erfüllt die Rolle vollständig ihren Zweck. Als Fußmassage ist die Rolle sehr angenehm, aber auch sehr direkt. Damit kann es natürlich am Anfang etwas schmerzhaft sein. Sehr zufrieden, würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen und auch weiter empfehlen.
