Not what I expected
I thought this was like other "repair" thumb drives where you plug it in and it checks your system for errors and then corrects them. No, this is a compilation of supposedly freeware programs that you have to install separately to use. The first one I tried scanned my system and then wanted $38.00 to make the repairs. I tried another that was supposed to speed up my computer. It was free but I do not see any difference.

Don't buy! Waste of time and money!
This product is Obsolete. All you have to do is go onto YouTube and you can get the same thing that they're offering with this product! Don't waste your money! It's not worth it it did not work for me at all! All I was trying to do was get my password reset so that I could get back into my computer. I was unable to do this successfully with this device. Going on to YouTube I found the exact process to be capable of Reformatting my computer without this device. Don't buy! Waste of time and Money!

Did not work at all Did nothing, I am retirninvia mail. I have no way to get to Kohls.
Tried it many times in different ways. It did nothing. I have o way to get to Kohls. The mailman wouldn’t take it. I still would like a refund. I’m 75 years old anddon’t drive, have no one to help me.
