the insoles made my running and walking better than it used to be. cant say the arch pain is fully gone but it doesnt hurt as much as before

I had a recurrence of plantar fasciitis. These orthotics work much better than the professionally molded orthotics I got some years ago. They support the arch, hold the heel in place to prevent pronation, and quickly resolve foot pain. They are made of a tough material and don’t slide around inside shoes. They are perfect. I cannot think of a more accurate description for them.
